Processing & Fulfillment
Every item is made to order through our trusted production partners. Orders typically take 3 – 8 business days to process and print before shipping. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping takes 5 –12 business days after fulfillment. International delivery may take longer depending on destination and customs. Delivery times can vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
* Please check with neighbors or your local post office first — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early.
* If your order remains missing after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
* We’ll replace confirmed lost or undelivered orders at no cost to you.
Please note: once an item is shipped, delivery times are outside our direct control, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Because each item is made specifically for you, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll replace or refund it right away.
Refunds
Once your issue is verified and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

We encourage reviewing the size chart listed on each product page before ordering. If you need help selecting the right fit, please reach out — we’re happy to help before you buy.
